Bio
Dave Pucik is a singer-songwriter with a seasoned voice and a powerful, dynamic fingerstyle. His original music features a unique blend of Appalachian old-time, outlaw country, blues, and indie folk influences.
His first full album, Rambler, was the product of one day at Archer Avenue Recording Studio (Columbia, SC) in 2019. Dave released Pennies, an EP recorded with Gasoline Alley in Spring 2025. He continues writing and performing, building up to a large catalogue of original work. His carefully crafted songs share true stories, tall tales, and personal reflections. Dave is planning to release more EPs and maybe a live album later in the year.
For decades now, Dave has played on stages, streets, and barroom corners wherever he's lived. Based in Tallahassee since 2021, Dave is locally respected and regionally rising. He performs frequently at the Blue Tavern and other local venues, both as a solo act and in collaboration with singer-songwriter Greg Brown and Bobby Cutts on harmonica.
He played at the Florida Folk Festival in May of 2025.
